Spa Arrivals

New clients please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment; allowing ample time for a stress free check-in.  Due to Covid-19 regulations, please remain in your vehicle, call or text 585.993.1462 and wait to be notified to enter the building.

Our studio door is locked while treatments are in session. Your patience is appreciated should you arrive early for your appointment. In consideration of other spa guests, we are unable to extend your treatment for delayed arrivals. The full service price will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid half priced billing for your booked appointments, we require at least a 24-48 hour notice for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments.  All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services.

Spa Returns

Within 30 days of retail purchase, spa credit will be issued.
