A: Entrance and parking is behind the building, look for a white door.

A: First floor, suite 2 on the left.
Q: Is there a waiting area?
A: There is not a waiting area, it's a private aesthetic studio. If the door is closed, I’m with a client. Appointment Only.

A: Cash, check and all major credit cards.
Q: Do I need an appointment to just come in and shop in your Apothecary?
A: We sell lots of great things- curative skin care lines, brow growth serums and pencils, non toxic lip glosses, kids haircare, home goods, and much more! If you don’t have an appointment and you’d like to come shop our studio, just shoot a text. We can usually give you a good time and reserve a slot for you.

A: 1. Botnia Skincare, made in small batches with love and sourced from their lab in sunny Sausolito, California. This organic, OTC (highest organic standard) and non toxic line has been carefully chosen for you. The creator of Botnia is an esthetician, her name is Justine Kahn. She's a smart, creative soul wanting to make skincare products result driven with the help of science + plants + botanicals.

Q: Which facial should I book?
A: It's my pleasure to help you. I'm happy to speak with you prior to your facial or we can access your skin the day of your appointment.
Q: Should I come with cleansed skin day of facial?
A: Yes, this would be super helpful in getting to know your skin right from the start without any makeup.
Q: How long should my hair be to achieve a smooth wax?
A: Grow your hair to be 1/4 of an inch ranging to 1/2 of an inch.
Q: For larger body waxing, what’s the best way to alleviate pain in advance?
A: Take pain reliever 45 minutes prior to your appointment.
Q: I have my period, can I still get a bikini wax?
A: Yes. We just suggest that clients wear a tampon during the service. You may be a little more sensitive, but if you’re worried about what we will think, don’t be!
